First-time TRT patients

If you are new to TRT in Australia, we’ll conduct a second, more in-depth blood test to ensure all necessary markers are covered.

Once we receive the all-clear on these results, you’ll be invited to book your first TRT treatment consultation with an Australian-licensed partner GP.

note: If your results medically rule you out of treatment, you will receive a full refund of your membership payment. The cost of blood testing will not be refunded as any blood tests are carried out by a third party. Patients will maintain access to any blood results.

Patients transferring from another clinic

Your experience with CactusMen begins with an onboarding pack, followed by a phone or video consultation with an Australian-licensed GP to discuss your symptoms and the best treatment approach.

Any treatments which may be prescribed by your practitioner will be available for purchase through the CactusMen patient portal, and will be shipped discreetly with express, tracked delivery.

Monitoring & adjustment

Monitoring & adjustment

Once onboarded and started with TRT, you’ll have regular check-ins with your GP (typically every three months initially) to ensure everything is on track. This will likely involve a blood test review and a consultation to discuss your progress and make any necessary adjustments.

Between scheduled consultations, you’ll have access to our nursing team for any additional support.

At CactusMen, your health and safety are our top priorities. Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) is administered based on a thorough medical evaluation and ongoing supervision by registered Australian practitioners. Having low testosterone does not automatically guarantee access to TRT. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively between you and your practitioner, ensuring any prescribed therapy is safe, effective, and in your best interest. Regular monitoring and adjustments are essential to ensure optimal outcomes and minimise potential risks. Always discuss your health concerns and treatment options with your practitioner to make informed decisions about your care.

Patient Reviews of Service

Worried about your testosterone levels?

Before your start TRT, we begin with an in-depth blood analysis to help the clinical team understand what’s under the hood and assess your suitability for TRT treatment. If you're not suitable for any reason for TRT, you'll be notified and given an overview of the reasons.
