Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At CactusMen, we strive to provide patients with exceptional service and care. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please take a moment to review our refunds and cancellation policy outlined below:

Cooling-Off Period

All new subscribers are entitled to a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of subscription. During this period, you can cancel your subscription for any reason and receive a full refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

  1. Cancellation Terms:

    • Monthly subscribers may cancel  subscription at any time.
    • If you cancel within the first 3 months, you will be charged for the full 3 months as a minimum commitment. Alternatively, you may be charged the cost of a one-off consultation at $300, whichever is less.
  2. Billing Cycle:

    • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will have access to all services until then.

Annual Subscriptions

  1. Cancellation Terms:

    • If you cancel within the first 3 months, you will be charged for the full 3 months as a minimum commitment. The remainder of your subscription fee will be refunded.
    • If you wish to cancel, if you have any issues or need assistance, please email support@cactusmen.com.au.
  2. Billing Cycle:

    • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each annual cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Special Considerations for New Patients to TRT

For new patients joining CactusMen to access TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) treatments, a full clinical evaluation will be conducted following your signing up for subscriptions. If it is determined by a partner GP that you are not suitable for our treatment or services based on initial blood tests and/or a GP evaluation, you will receive a full refund regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual subscription.

Cancellations by CactusMen

CactusMen reserves the right to cancel a subscription at our discretion for any reason as outlined in our terms and conditions, including but not limited to non-compliance with our policies. In such cases:

  • Monthly subscribers: you will be charged until the next billing cycle, at which point you will no longer be billed
  • Annual subscribers: you will by charged until the end of the current month, and will receive a refund for the remainder of your subscription fee from that point 
  • Your access to services will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.

Important Notes:

  1. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  2. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@cactusmen.com.au.
  3. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
  4. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation time but will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. In cases of technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances from our end, we will work with you to reschedule your consultation at no additional charge.

By booking an appointment with CactusMen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this refunds and cancellation policy.
